Our Attorneys’ Experience
Bruce Clement has dedicated his career to providing the highest quality legal representation for his clients. He has represented thousands of family law clients, and has tried jury and nonjury trials in 22 counties of Washington state. He was born and raised in Yakima Washington, and served two years in the Peace Corps (Philippines). He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with honors from the University of Washington, and received his Jurists Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law. Bruce worked for the Washington State Attorney General’s office as an assistant attorney general for 17 years before moving to private practice. Throughout his legal career, he proudly served 27 years in the US Army reserve. Bruce is admitted to practice in Washington and New York states, the Eastern and Western Washington Federal District Courts, the Sixth and Ninth US Circuit Court of Appeals, the US Court of Military Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Kristina Gibbs-Ruby has a Master of Arts in transformational leadership from the School of Theology and Ministry, and a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law. She has worked for the Seattle Community Law Center, the Center for Children and Youth Justice, and Catholic Community Services Legal Action Center. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association, and Tacoma Pierce County Bar Association.
Desmond Kolke has over 25 years of experience in court, and has represented clients in countless motions and trials. He has represented hundreds of clients in the most important and emotionally charged legal matters possible. Desmond is totally committed to his clients. If your case can be settled on favorable terms, he will do so. But if your case cannot be settled, Desmond’s impressive experience at trial is priceless. Desmond is a member of the Washington State, and Tacoma Pierce County bars Bar Association’s. Desmond has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western Washington University and he earned his Juris Doctrine from University of Puget Sound. Desmond is admitted to practice in a number of tribal jurisdictions in Western Washington.
