Melinda has been a paralegal for Bruce Clement since 2002, and feels she’s been very lucky to work beside such a knowledgeable and effective attorney. She received her AAS decree to become a paralegal from Highline Community College in 1998, and has always been very interested in family law. Melinda is very detailed oriented and able to think “outside the box”. She enjoys helping clients resolve their often complex legal situations, and truly gets a sense of satisfaction when cases can be resolved in favor of not only the clients, but their children as well. Outside of work, Melinda likes to go hiking, camping, and spending quality time with her family.

Alyssa is looking forward to graduating from college and studying the field of medicine. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys drawing, nature walks and loves her pets (two curious and frisky cats) and gets a lot of joy from them.
Ashley is a recent graduate of the Tacoma Community College paralegal program. She graduated in June 2017 with high honors. While working as an intern she fell in love with the field of family law. She became a full time paralegal before even graduating. Family law is still something that Ashley is very passionate about. She is a single mom who has been through the difficult and emotional process that is involved with family law. She is glad to be able to assist people who are struggling with the same process. In her spare time Ashley enjoys playing her Xbox and bowling.
